Light period after endometrium scratch

Am worried since my period started early morning today by the end of the day I usually have full flow but t's really light

I can see my bleed when I wipe but not on my pad

I had scratch on 15/02

Am worried that scratch caused something??!!!

Any advise would be appreciated
