Weight during injections?

Hey lovely ladiess, hope you are all well and happy.

I was wondering if you put any weight while you've been on injections? Xxx 😊

I always gained a Iittle, maybe a few lbs!! More towards the end of my injections though when I was feeling quite bloated xx hope all is going ok xx

All good for now. Today is day 11 on stims. I feel good just a bit bloated and backache but that's all really. I just feel so puffy hahahaha and i was wondering about tbe weight gain. Hope is all great with you and you feel good 😊🤗😍xxxx

Yeah all good thank you, feeling rather bloated too lol, got our midwife appointment a week on Monday then hopefully they’ll book us in for our 12 week scan xx

Don't know yet for ec. I had scan on Friday and i have 7 follicles on the left and 9 on the right. But there was a concern some of the follicles on the right shrank a bit. But my bloods came back fine so the clinic increase my ovaleap dose to boost growing. Lining was 9.5 so im in for another scan on Monday and if all good im hoping for ec on Wednesday xxx 😊😊😊

Thank you, even though our 7 week scan was perfect I can’t help but worry about the next one......always something to worry about on this journey isn’t there lol xx

Its absolutely normal especially when you've been through so much to get where you are now. We are humans and the fear is part of our life. But try not to stress out too much. Everything will be great and you will spending next Xmas as a mother and will be the best thing ever happened to you 😍😊🤗xxx

Menopur? I got really bloated. Never weighed myself but waistbands were tight!! It went away after about a week after stims finished. Best of luck hon, not much longer now xxx

Yeap Im on menopur and ovaleap and this week started cetrotide as well. Can't stand jeans hahaha I can't wait for EC and transfer. Im off for two weeks starting on Monday 😊

Hey! I did get very bloated! The nurses told me to inject the down reg drugs into my thighs instead. This seemed to help! I didn’t get too emotion on my first round but got mega night sweats! Good luck! Xxx

Hi, i am good thank you. In fact I am 11 weeks pregnant. I didn’t want to post anything as I did not want to upset anybody. I know full well how it can be difficult to hear this kind of news... good luck with your treatment. I hope you will get a BFP too 🤞🤞🤞🤞💖

I thought it was successful because no update. Honestly for me seeing successful stories is fantastic because most of the women struggle so much and seeing them getting positive results is amazing and gives everyone else hope. We share bad things, we support each other but we have to be able to share the happiness of the success and support each other in this case as well!!!! Have a very happy and healthy pregnancy 😍😊🤗xxxx

Yeah you put on a few lbs but it’s all just water it comes off again. If you get pregnancy you’ll be bloated for the first mont or so anyway x

Yes that’s it... it’s a small price to pay. Drink plenty of water and try to eat well. I’m great thanks. My IVF journey ended a while ago I just offer advice every now and again. Good luck x

I did gain about 3 pounds but dropped off after egg collection.As long as your eating healthy & nutritional foods don’t worry about the pounds they’ll disappear after egg collection.

I can remember asking this exact question from the clinic when I was on the injections. Nurse said ignore the weight it’s hormonal, temporary & expected. Hope all goes well! Xxx

I've gained just a couple of pounds, im trying to eat Well as well, drinking plenty of water and freshly made juices. I'm not really that worried because i always put and lose weight quite easily 🙊🤗 Good to know willl go away after EC. Thank you 🤗

I didn't gain weight but I was so bloated and uncomfortable, I looked pregnant!! During the whole treatment and the few weeks of pregnancy that I got to experience, I stayed the same weight. Best of luck with your treatment lovely x

I gained a bit of weight and felt bloated or like I was retaining water. As soon as the injections stopped I seemed to lose it. I think my loss if appetite and extreme morning sickness helped too thought lol

Not too bad. Had a few difficult moments but totally worth it. Very fortunate to get this far after 1 round of ivf with only 1 viable blast. Hope you get your baby xx

Hi, we got our positive, but I had ohss until about 4 months; along with hypermedia gravidarm, so it was a very definite rough couple of months! 27 weeks now & still don't quite believe we are here! I've my Fingers crossed for you! 🤞 xx
