Hello, you're right it does come in waves. Some days you can handle everything without a second thought and other days can be overwhelming. Perhaps take time to do the things you enjoy.. remember that this process doesn't define you and whilst it's incredibly hard, you can do this. Give yourself the time to be upset, cry, punch pillows, whatever you must do.. but when you feel the time is right, be sure to try to pick yourself back up and enjoy life again. It's a tough ride and we are all here supporting you and in it together xx

Thank you guys...I have had some changes to my cycle as well Unused to have a 32 day cycle. The last few months I had ovulatory bleeding lasting 3 days. Trying reflexology and prayer hoping am not menopausal age 42 now..

Lots going on then Pumpkins. Have you had any treatments to try and help or spoken to the Doctor about your difficulties (probably a stupid question but I was just wondering) xx

I am booked for the later part of month for the doctor now I am worried that hormone tests will show had news.

What a a hostile uterus?
