I have honestly never been as nervous as I was this morning. Churning stomach, racing heart, shaking hands and a feeling that I might actually poo my pants stayed with me right up until the moment the midwife stuck that scanner up my chuff, smiled and said ‘Congratulations!’ *cue me and my boyfriend bursting into tears of relief* a split second later she turned the screen around and announced ‘There’s two of them!’
Yep, that’s right! Our two little embryos stuck! They’re both measuring at exactly seven weeks and we saw their strong little heartbeats flickering away 💓💓
We’re absolutely overwhelmed with happiness (and shock!) and we know there’s still a long way to go but right now we’re just enjoying every moment of our happiness 😊💕
Thank you so much to everyone for their love, prayers, wishes and support - you’re all amazing!
Sending lots of love and positivity to you all wherever you are on your journey 💕 xxx
