We might go for donor eggs. How did you lovely ladies prep your body for donor eggs/embryo transfer? Did you take anything eat anything specific. Any advice would be great xxx

I’m due my third DE transfer tomorrow! The first resulted in MMC and the second was a negative. I’ve just lived as normal really, not drank alcohol the last month, but had had a procedure in Athens to clear out scar tissue before this transfer. Hoping that will have helped! Xx

Yea did that too n got BFP :)

Healthy diet, exercise, acupuncture, kineseology and nothing else. Bfn on first try, bfp on second with double transfer however ended with empty sacs, then started taking baby aspirin due to a very slightly raised lupus anticoagulant result. 3rd transfer, single embryo, bfp and currently 10+7. Good luck. It's so so much easier on the body than own egg xx

In addition to the meds the doctors gave me I took baby aspirin. Three months before transfer I also started exercising including running to loose weight. I started not able to do a km of running but the day before transfer I was able to go for a 5km run. So I guess there is really no formula since some ppl were telling m exercise is a no no. They transfered three embies and two stuck.

Hey i am currently pregnant with a DE transfer. I exercised too for the few moths before. I took baby aspirin, had acupuncture and reflexology. To thicken my lining I drank pomegranate juice and ate 5 Brazil nuts a day. I also used a hot water bottle daily and did some yoga on it Youtube I found that involved putting me legs up the wall lol I would have tried ANYTHING!! I also cut right back on caffeine. I am not sure if it helped as people do the same for two or more transfers and some work and some don’t. It’s so hard. I think it helped my lining as it was not thick enough the first round. After transfer my advice was carry on as normal but a little bit less. Wasn’t exactly sure how to manage that but had 3 quiet ish days and then went back to work but took evenings and weekends easy. Good luck chick xx

Hi Boo7, i had a FET on Friday with DE, my 1st transfer sadly ended in a MMC, this time round I was prescribed baby aspirin and a steroid in addition, I've cut out alcohol and caffeine and have been eating Brazil nuts and trying to get in some leafy greens and veg by juicing, first time round I was exercising but due to one thing or another haven't been this time round.

Wishing you the best of luck xx
