Im due to start an FET after Xmas so no success so far but whilst I have good embryos there's always hope there....some days less than others I have to admit but plodding on thanks!xx

That’s amazing! Is there anything you did different in this cycle?

Yes! I upped my dose of folate each day without telling the clinic and I took melatonin before bed every night during stimms. I also took ubiquinol and metformin and DHEA 3 x a day. It all seems to have worked! The clinic recommended the DHEA and metformin for me. X
