But amazingly I'm about 8 weeks. But my overstimulated ovaries have come back very painful suddenly. But now I don't think I can use a hot water bottle. And I don't know what else is safe to take other than paracetamol. Which I have struggled with as morning sickness keep saying no thanks as soon as I take it. Does anyone have anymore remedies that are safe please? Thank you so much xx

Ginger is supposed to be good for settling nausea and it's anti-inflammatory so it may help a little with the oversize ovaries - grate a little and let it infuse in hot water. If your stomach can handle it, it's lovely with some lemon juice too. Hope you feel better soon. I had OHSS back in Sept and ended up doing a freeze-all cycle. It really is the pits xxx
Yes I got mild OHSS and it certainly flared up after my BFP. Don't have many pearls of wisdom really, other than keep really hydrated and take regular pain relief if you are very sore. My clinic said paracetamol is fine, and co-codomal at night if I was struggling (which I was!). It definitely does get better but it's more of a time thing than anything else I believe. Obviously if symptoms get severe, like hard to breathe or very swollen in upper tummy than seek medical help! Xx
