That’s 1 hell of a quote! So hard at times mind!! So today my positive was, I visited a very close friend who has just given birth to a beautiful baby boy, and as hard as it was in someways to think it should be me too, I was truly overjoyed for my friend and I got a lovely cuddle. Xxx

I don’t really have one. Not that I’ve had a particularly bad day or anything but if there’s a day when I struggle to see a positive in particular, I’ll always revert to this; I’m lucky to be alive, to have a roof over my head, to love and be loved. I’m grateful for all these things.

LOVE the pineapples! My positive today is that I went to art evening class and didn't do really really badly like last week ha ha.
