3yrs of naturally trying with nothing. A little bit of fertility drugs and some follicle scans.
Anyway, now that the big commitment looks likely, does anyone have any websites, payment plans, tips of what to know about before we choose a clinic? (We had been going on an outpatient idea, messy to explain) but now we will need to go the whole process.
We're in Suffolk not entitled to NHS. So payment suggestions and thoughts on tests that didn't seem necessary etc would be appreciated. Cheers.

I found the HFEA website really helpful for choosing a clinic. It's the official UK regulator site and gives you all the statistics on live birth rates, patient satisfaction and any complications. Hope it helps x
I second LegoBatgirl, and, if travelling is an option for you, perhaps also look abroad, which is in general somehow cheaper (but not massively cheaper).
I suggest trawling the clinic websites and try and make their free information evenings. They're really helpful and informative once you sit down with someone. I went to the fertility show in London on Saturday and found that all the abroad clinics there all seemed more expensive to me especially once you add in hotels and flights. Good luck! Xxx
Hhmm, I'm in London so I'm not sure I can help with clinics and I was more speaking from my errors! We've just picked one from random. We found the fertility show really helpful and wished we had been able to go there 6 months ago. People there said we could have gone to free information evenings. Let me know if if you would like me to send you some private clinic names in London which have good reputations. Xxx
