Officially on the list

Had an apt this morning to check my BMI had come down as it was 31. It’s now 27 and I’ve lost 7kg! Go me! Dragging my ass to the gym has been worth it!! Lol. 8-9 month IVF waiting list now, I’ve heard of much longer waiting lists on here. Actually feel a bit better now the ball is rolling. xx

Thank you, just need to work on maintaining it now and my aim is to get below 25. The fertility doc said if I went back over 30 I’d be taken off the list, that would be my worst nightmare. xx

Woo hoo! Well done- that's an amazing achievement! You should definitely treat yourself to a pamper or something you've been wanting a while- helps to keep you motivated, especially when all the hormones make you feel like an uncooked loaf of bread dough! x

Great news, I'm also in this boat. Snapped my ACL in my left knee at the beginning of the year and also have an under active thyroid so exercise and losing weight have been so so hard. I have a little way to go but off to the gym this afternoon! Amazing news for you and well deserved after all the hard work xx
