Pink spotting in 2ww

I’m in the 2ww, 3 days away from test day and I’ve had some pink spotting. I’m almost certain it hasn’t worked. It’s our 4th transfer. I’m 42 and we went into this round with realistic expectations about the chance of success (around 12%). Just feel so exhausted and fed up right now😔

Bless you. You must be worried but as philipsjp says, it may be late implantation, not over yet.

Thinking of you And willing your positive outcome Xx

I’m getting spotting since Sunday. Transfer was Saturday. I know it’s from the progesterone and having to use an applicator. I know it’s too early for implantation or af. Yours may be something similar, perhaps from progesterone? Or maybe, just maybe, it’s implantation this time 🤞🏻 ✨ xx

Sorry to hear you’re getting spotting but it might be a good sign for you. I think mine is too late for implantation. Have never had spotting from progesterone before but yes, there is always a tiny bit of hope. Thanks Tugs, I have everything crossed for you that this time it works for you xxx

Honestly, I’m not at all worried about my spotting.. it even comes out on the applicator so I’m sure that’s what it is. Never used an applicator before.

Keep us posted 🤞🏻🤞🏻 xx ✨

Good luck for OTD. It's so hard not to let the negative thoughts creep in but you're not out yet. I hope you get the result you deserve xx

I know how nerve-wracking this must feel. The pink spotting might not necessarily mean that it didn’t work. Only 3 more days to find out. Sending lots of love xxx

Wishing you all the best. It could still be implantation bleeding so don't give up hope yet xx

It’s got heavier today and more like a period bleed 😔 - I know I still need to do the pessaries and test on Friday but I really think it’s game over. Thanks so much for your support everyone xxx

I really hope not. Please keep us posted xx

So so sorry to read this. It still could be the pessaries or another bleed. We have heard this a number of times on the forum. If you can rest up as much as possible and hang on in there.

Can I ask is the bleed enough to fill a pad in an hour?

Big hugs xxxx

Nowhere near, it’s more like my normal period bleed. I’m in work today so can’t really rest unfortunately 😞

in reply to7AVA

Hopefully it is ok then(assuming you mean you don't have a heavy bleed at your peeiod). I have everything crossed for you. Hang on in there xxx

Oh-Fingers crossed it’s just a bleed and nothing more. Really hoping this is your time. I’m 42 as well and we’ve just got to keep hoping we’re in that small % that gets the bfp’s. Good luck -thinking of you.xx

Don’t give up hope yet 7AVA, I’ve just completed my 4th fet and finally got a positive. I had pink spotting on Day7 and 8 with cramping and backache. I really thought I was out and it was a failure. Blood test on Day 9 showed I was pregnant, I couldn’t believe it.

Don’t give up yet, try to stay positive xx.

Keeping everything crossed for you.

I’ve just turned 41 and if I had £1 for every time a consultant has told me how bad my odds are at my age, I’d have been able to fund my treatment! x

I had brown and sometimes watery pink spotting from 9dpt and it turned out I had a hematoma develop where baby implanted. It stopped after 12 weeks but made me so worried the whole time. Hope it’s good news for you xx

Good luck for tomorrow, I really hope for a positive outcome for you. Xx
