My new clinic suggested this to me as our during last cycle my eggs have grown pretty slowly and out of 19 follicles I only had 8 mature eggs. I should have my prescription on Tuesday so I can let you know then x

If I were to buy Zomacton via my clinic (they use Pharmasure), the cost is £130 per 1. I’m waiting for other quotes at the moment. All drugs via my clinic are coming to £1900 😱

That's a lot of money , can't they give you discount since you are their patient

I’m afraid that’s their price so they won’t give me a discount :( I hope Asda would have it cheaper. Going there tonight. Do you know how much growth hormone you would be taking?

Am not sure how much I should I take but I beleive it's stander dose, however it's based on the weight

Am going to discuss this with my ivf consultant

Hi Kari55 I was wondering what your experience was after your cycle taking Zomacton, did you end up producing more eggs per follicles? Did you experience side effects?

Hi Dogpark, it’s hard to tell if it was due to Zomacton or change of protocol from long to short. I have very good reserve but in my long protocol my eggs dissynchonised and I only had 8. During my 2nd cycle, during which I took Zomacton I had 13 mature eggs and 8 blastocysts. My husband and I were also very strict in terms of diet and lifestyle for over a year (this was partially also down to the fact that my husband got ill and had to help himself with whatever possible). I think Zomacton is definitely worth a try. I didn’t experience any side effects but I usually tolerate all meds very well. X
