Bleeding after 5 day transfer

Hi there, I had a bleed yesterday, quite dark red and definitely more than spotting. It went on for most of the day and then stopped. After that I was seeing stringy bits of blood (sorry for TMI!) this morning I tested (7 days past 5 day transfer) and it was negative. Any thoughts anyone? I have made peace with the fact that this hasn’t worked, as I am feeling cramps again and I definitely don’t feel pregnant (I have been pregnant before)
