Autoimmune under active thyroid and had 3 consecutive chemicals. Going to try for further immune testing.

What autoimmune condition(s) do you have if you don’t mind me asking?

I have constant pins and needles in hands and dead arms in the mornings... sure it’s related to my thyroid

I have lupus caused by acne medication as a teenager so will now always have it. This I have suspected has contributed to our infertility but docs said it wouldn't but have still ended up on aspirin and clexane on our first ivf cycle. Got a positive and currently 8+3 x

My husband has got an autoimmune illness - Graves’ disease which affects his sperm quality. He also has antisperm antibodies and I believe this is also linked to his autoimmune issues. We have been trying for 3,5 years with no success so far but his illness has only come to light last February. I know you were only asking about ladies but I thought I would mention that fertility can be also be impacted by male autoimmune issues.

I have a rare autoimmune liver disease and chrons disease linked to it.

Not started trying to get pregnant yet but everything looks ok and my liver consultant has said that there is no reason why it should impact a pregnancy, they usually find the disease improves during pregnancy.

Hopefully you don’t have anything but if you do then you’ll be closely monitored and probably have a consultant led pregnant xx
