Hi girls

I just wondered if spa treatments are allowed during cycles? my sis wants to take me for a massage for my birthday but i think i will be on stims then xx

Hi! I had an amazing spa day whilst stimming! To be honest I think anything that is going to help you to relax is a good idea. I asked my clinic and they just told me to avoid it once embryo transfer has taken place xx

Yes it’s allowed. I checked with my clinic as I had a spa day at end of my stims period. Just no massage after embryo transfer or in first twelve weeks of pregnancy.

I think a massage is great idea. Keeping stress n anxiety low is so important.
