Waiting to find out how many embryos have survived

Morning ladies,

I'm a bag of nerves atm. Currently lying here after giving myself my progesterone, wondering what news we're going to get later. Had EC Friday and 14 eggs, embryologist rang me Saturday to say 6 had fertilised and we could be going down this afternoon for transfer is 1 looks good, but said she'd call me this morning to let me know if there are any left. I wish I could have had an update yesterday, it's been a long weekend. I just truly hope they've carried on developing. Don't know what I'll do if they are all gone or not able to be transferred. This is all so hard isn't it x

Its so scary waiting on those phone calls....they seem to take ages to phone dont they! best of luck for your update and transfer!xx

Its horrible having to wait for such important news isn't. I'm realistic and don't expect all 6 to have come this far, but hopeful that a few are still developing x

I’m sure they’ll be doing great!! We only had 4 eggs collected, 3 fertilised and two made it to day 5! We had one transferred and one frozen xx

Unfortunately not with our fresh transfer!! It ended in a chemical pregnancy, but were on with our medicated fet now!! Just on route to the hospital for a scan!!

Well we had our phone call. All 6 embryos are still going. We have 4 average quality and 2 good quality, they couldn't decide which good 1 to transfer, so they are going to wait till Wednesday and hopefully get them to blastocyst stage and do transfer then. So fingers crossed they are still all doing well wednesday! Very pleased that they are developing x x

Thank you Hun - my OHSS has settled down enough to go ahead 😀. We got 2 good ones today so one’s gone in this morning and the other will be ❄️. The 4 left are going to be monitored to see if any of them can be frozen too xx
