Exciting! Fingers crossed for you! I was just wondering how much time did you take off work to recover from EC? I have hardly any holiday and I’ve booked just 1 day after... x

First cycle I took the day after off. Second cycle and this cycle I went back to work the day after. I worked from home in the morning yesterday so I was home for the call and went into work after. I felt fine apart from a bit achey x

I’m hoping I will be okay too. Don’t wanna rush things but always feel bad on Work. Best of luck to you! 3rd time lucky 🍀 💕🤞

Do what you feel comfortable with & if that means phoning in sick, do it. This whole process is hard enough x

I told my manager I was having an operation on cycle one and got medical leave. She didn’t pry which was good but didn’t feel I could say that again for cycles two and three x

How are you managing work and treatment this time round? I have told my manager the truth (no one else knows) but he wasn’t really interested to be honest...only cares about the work load etc was the impression I got! Oh well it’s happening so they have to deal with it. Just makes it a little harder x

I’m quite luck in that I can work from home some days to I have worked from home on scan days. Most are in the morning so I can usually pop for scan and be back at my desk before too long. I had massive delay for an appointment this week. I had planned to go in afterwards but I just emailed in to said got held up at drs and was going home to log in as quicker than getting into the office. Luckily my team had a lot of folk who work flexibly so wasn’t a problem. Could you work from home? I always make sure I make up any hours I do so work gets done x

I can’t work from home unfortunately. Oh well it is what it is I guess. Don’t even care if they pay me, this is the most important thing to us x

Morning Ash,hope everything is going as planned, fingers crossed for you xx
