I'm confused

I lost a baby at 5 weeks pregnant and it was a month ago I was at hospital for a scan but there was a sake and no baby but I had to go back hospital for more scans and blood test to check the hormones they were going down but slowly I have been told I don't need to go anymore but my hgc level is still 12 and I have no idea if I can start trying again or not

U normally have to wait 2 weeks and i guess the sack will either absorb back in to ur body or i will pass it.. but i guess if they havnt told u not to try then u should b fine

If you want to be able to accurately date a future pregnancy then it is best to wait for one normal cycle (ie a normal period) before you start to try again. And accurate dating is very helpful in terms of checking baby’s growth and development.
