So... the cramps got worse and the spotting has got heavier. Putting in the cyclogest is like a war zone :-(. Pretty sure it’s over.
Will call the clinic in the morning but I think I’m out - fairly sure this is a miscarriage ... again. didn’t even make it to the first scan this time round.

Oh sweetie I’m so sorry.
Some women do bleed in early pregnancy and their baby is fine; my sister did at 5 weeks and it was heavy like a period but my niece was fine; the doctor said it was implantation bleeding as it’s not always “light”.
Really hope you are one of the ladies who bleed and baby is fine . I’ve got got everything crossed for you 😘 xoxo

No, sadly it hasn’t stopped but it also hasn’t got worse or better, just stayed about the same. It’s red red tho with small clotty bits. I’m not holding out a whole lot of hope
I'm so sorry darling. I was in this position in March and it's devastating. I ended up emailing the clinic begging them for the HCG tests which they did, that's the only way to know for sure. keeping everything crossed for you and sending lots of love xx

Hi I spotted in week 5 and in week 6 I had a red bleed for me it was heavy with clots. I thought it was all over for me until I had the scan the following week and saw a heart beat.
I left a voicemail and clinic called me back. I also called my GP in the meantime. The clinic said I should continue with the medication. They also said I could call the hospital Early Pregnancy Unit to see if they would scan me. Also to see if I could have a blood test at the Doctors Surgery.
You could go to A&E.
Some lovely people on here replied to me as I thought I was having a miscarriage and some said heavy bleeding doesn't always mean a miscarriage. When I had my scan the Nurses showed me the blood clot and I will probably bleed some more and not to worry. I did bleed and spot some days after that it would stop and start.
I also looked at the Miscarriage Association web site and found this useful.
Fingers crossed for you as I know it's worrying when you bleed.
