Spotting mid cycle- does anyone else have this?

Hi all,

I’m on cd 10, and yesterday I had brown spotting and it continues today. My cycle is usually 29 days long, so I’m not even at a point for ovulation. I’m have ever so mild cramping too.

Have any of you experienced this, is it something to worry about?

Any help/advice needed.

Hi Bec, I've had mid cycle spotting several times this year. In my case, it was due to a hormonal imbalance (low baseline estrogen). However the reasons could be various, so better asking your endo or ob/gyn! I don't think there's much to worry about though
