1st Scan Today - Heavy bleeding can also be OK

Last week Friday I was worried all of a sudden i started bleeding heavily with clots there was no warning. I thought I was 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant and convinced that I was having a miscarriage.

I posted a message on here and some lovely people responded. The support on here really helped me.

Today, Friday 13th I had my first scan all is well I saw the heart beat and actually I am 7 weeks and 5 days pregnant.

I also looked at the Miscarriage Association website which was very useful.

I just wanted to share this in case anyone else experiences this.

Our baby is due on 23rd Feb. One month before my husbands and my 40th birthday.

This journey hasn't been easy.
