So I phoned the clinic this morning, told them about my tests but because I havenāt got a result on a clear blue and just on the strips theyāve said itās upto us if we go ahead!! Now they tell me they only recommend using clear blue and not just the strips!!
As we only have one embryo frozen we donāt want to risk it!!
Iām now thinking I donāt ovulate on my own!! As Iāve not peaked!
So stressed and had enough already xxx š¢

They should be able to do you a medicated cycle without down regulation if thatās what you want. I liked the certainty of having medication but bear in mind youāre then on medication for three months.

No itās that you have to stay on the drugs for three months after the transfer!

Progesterone (just like with normal ivf, your body doesnāt know to turn the follicle into a progesterone producing gland on a medicated fet, whereas on a natural fet it does) and I also had to take oestrogen and I know many women do after a medicated fet but I donāt know the exact reason for this and why you donāt have to take it after normal ivf.

I never showed on the purple ones. Which ironically are the most expensive, however the pink ones that just how a smiley face I always did, so I always stick with them now. Iād be exactly the same as you not wanting to risk it, try the pink ones next month šš»x

Oh no wish they had stressed the right test to use at the start think you are right to wait until clearer result but get that you must be so fed up right now can your GP do bloods to show ovulation ? Wishing you all the best x
