9dp 5dt - late implantation? Glimmer of hope or just in denial?

Hoping I'm posting in the appropriate place here, apologies if not please do tell me to move on if I've got the wrong board!

Had a 5dt frostie transferred last Friday (15th June) and nothing much happened for the first week. My OTD is tomorrow (Monday 25th) so I decided to test yesterday and got BFN. Tested again this morning BFN. Thought that's it over and have been preparing myself for the official test tomorrow to be a BFN . The only thing is, this morning I suddenly had a very sharp pinching feeling in my left side which felt just like a stitch and lasted about 5 minutes and then suddenly went away. The only reason I really took notice of it was because my last IVF cycle (BFP) i I had exactly the same thing in exactly the same place, and I'm sure that was implantation. I went to the toilet shortly after this morning and there was a little bit of blood on the tissue but nothing since. My question is, could this have been late implantation??? 9 days past a 5 day transfer?? How late is too late? Or am I just in denial and need to accept its a negative?

You have come to the right place..

There are women on here who tested the day before otd and had a bfn only to test on otd and get a bfp. That’s one of the dangers of testing early.. Good luck for tomorrow xx

Hey Hun that's not late at all, I had implantation bleeding at 9dp5dt. When I tested at 7 days I had the faintest line that could only been seen in the light. Keep faith good luck! X
