I had bad cramping and back ache and mega sore boobs all my normal pre period pains. The day before testing I cried all day as the ore period pains was really bad and I was dreading testing because I had convinced my self it hadn’t worked told my sister and hubby and friend it hadn’t, to come to test day and it was positive so the pains i was getting must of been implantation pains, week later I had a small amount of brown blood which scared me but the clinic said i had scratch my cervix when putting in a pessary as all was ok. And I now have a 14 week old boy, so don’t give up hope the pains can be good sign,

How long have you got left to test,

Wishing you lots of luck 🍀x

Did 2 cycles first one was unsuccessful due to I had hydrosalpinx (prob spelt wrong) which is a toxic fluid that damages embryos, I had to have one tube removed As it was damaged from it and advised to try again but I gave up for 6 years and if come back in my other tube so I had to have that clipped and treatment was so different to the first but I truest think it was because we sorted out the hydrosalpinx why it worked, I didn’t have pain everyday, I really don’t think it can call it say I was 100% that my period was coming and I was so wrong. good luck for Saturday and I hope you get your BFP, is this your first cycle xx

First time was midway through my cycle of ivf and I choose to carry on instead of freezing it picked up on he scans black shadow which is the fluid it’s still there now but clipped, then the 2nd time was when nhs done everything before I was allowed to be refer and it was picked up on the due test, it took a whole year from going to doctors to getting referred, then April to July to start and it was well worth the wait, fingers crossed you get your bfp. We conceived in the 2nd month of trying, although it sadly ended at 11 weeks, and I just KNEW I was pregnant when I was a day or so late - clumsy, emotional, slightly sick feeling but just felt different and I can't explain it. There's been a few times since I thought it might be but not with any conviction, and I'm now about 5 days late (cd 45 or something mad due to PCOS) but I'm certain I'm not pregnant. It's just different for everyone! Good luck x

For me I had very light cramping day after egg transfer then a sort of dragging/pulling sensation just below my tummy in my uterus. This continued until a couple of days before OTD and then I got bad period pains I thought it was all over. Kept kinicker watching cos I was convinced I would be on soon and then on OTD got a positive! I was so shocked and still am to this day at 31 weeks pregnant. I don’t know if each time the symptoms are different as luckily it worked first time for us. Was well and truly blessed and I really hope you get the same results to 😊 looking back I did feel completely different but the medication messes with your head big style! Wishing you best of luck for OTD! Got my fingers crosss for you x

Bless you, I think everyone is different but suppose it’s better to feel something than nothing. literally feels like forever ago I was in the 2ww, think I’ve tried to blank it out 😂 but looking back at my old posts I also had back ache! It’s so hard not to google stuff aswell but just keep yourself busy and every day I used to speak to my little embie telling it to grow lol. What messed with my head more was the lady I saw for acupuncture, a week after ET she took my pulse and told me that it was early but I was pregnant! I went away wanting to believe it but couldn’t! Lol so crazy but she was right though xxx
