Relaxation app any advice

Hi, I am looking at downloading a relaxation app? There are so many out there. Any advice would be welcomed. Thanks

I found Mindful IVF helpful when going through treatment as it has mindfulness recordings for each step of treatment. A more general app I also like is the Calm app! Hope you find something helpful!

Glad you like the app - I was happy when I found it - helps to have something for each step along the ivf process I think! I’m moving on to my second round of ivf at the end of the month hopefully...just had first unsuccessful fresh transfer followed by frozen transfer and no more embryos left so back to the start again unfortunately. I’m finding it harder to stay positive but hoping for better luck this round! 🤞Hope your next treatment goes well and the app helps a bit! xx
