So went for a scan yesterday and my endometrial lining is 9mm which he said is fine. Got ET this afternoon which are 2 frozen blastocysts, we are also having assisted hatching and embryo glue.
I have to rest at the clinic for half hour after ET at the clinic.
Any tips, dos and dont’s?
Am I ok to do some walking this afternoon?
This will be my Fourth ET but first using donor egg/sperm (we are doing embryo adoption here).
Just a bit apprehensive as wanna give them the best chance!

Hi Skybid. Only just seen this, so I hope everything went OK with the transfer and you were able to have a nice walk afterwards, which can only be good for you. Keeping everything crossed that this works, and safe journey home. Thinking of you. Diane
Hi Diane, thanks for your message. Transfer went well apparently although it was quite uncomfortable and a bit painful which worried me a little. Anyway, I am now relaxing on a two hour river cruise! Fingers crossed. Anything I should or shouldn’t do in the 2WW? I asked at the clinic but they said there wasn’t anything I shouldn’t do. Apart from getting too exhausted when I asked about cycling. We were thinking about going to a water park Saturday or Sunday, should I avoid anything there? X
