Sorry my phone's not great but one is called the bump and the other is bounty. The bump has a big B in a red circle and bounty has a B infront of white and green stripes x

I'm using the mindful ivf app at the moment which has small meditation sessions that im finding really helpful to keep me focussed, positive, and relaxed during my ivf xxx
