Bloating / constipation

Hello All! I had ec collection yesterday and ever since I’ve felt extremely bloated/constipated. It’s so sore. Trying to drink water but I already feel full. Any tips on what can help food/drink wise and how long this should last for ? I look a few months pregnant and really uncomfortable 😢

i took lactulose and drank lots of water. Prune juice can help too or prunes themselves. Tends to go down after a few days. X

Thanks for the reply. I dashed out to Sainsbury’s there and bought some prune juice and prunes. Let’s hope they do the trick and the bloating goes down. Hoping this won’t affect et x

Hot lemon barley water eases the bloating for me when I had OHSS xx hope u feel better soon

I've just had the exact same problem this week after EC on Tuesday!!

Prune juice worked wonders for me!!! Took about 24hts to work but I think I'm now fully functioning!!!😂😂😂
