Menopur on 6day scan one eggs!

Hi Everyone,

I have started with Menopur 6 days ago. Yesterday my scan wasn't really few follicles and one eggs of 7mm there others around 6mm.

They add the dose to 225 and tomorrow I will have my 2nd scan, the next one on Monday and they aim to do EC around Wed next week. I am a bit down today coz I ma not responding good to the injections. My AHM was high so we decided to go for the short protocol and we will use my partner's frozen sperm.

I hope tomorrow my eggs will grow more and we can have the right one. In the meantime I am doing acupuncture on the same time.

Don’t be despondent. My daughter has this so get a hot water on ya tummy when ya can and that will help them grow. Don’t forget as well they keep growing right till egg collection so keep goin xx

Good girl. We have know my daughters follicles grow 5 mm overnight xx

Hi chiara

I am in the same boat as u, I had my day 6 scan on tues and have 2 follicles growing 1 at 6 and the other at 7 although they can see smaller follicles.

They have advised me to carry on and not go back now till Monday so have an anxious 6 day wait 😩

I know it can seem really disappointing but try to remain positive and the hot water bottle is a good idea also my acupuncturist suggested a hot foot soak 🤷🏻‍♀️
