Eeek nervous to take Ovitrelle shot! Any tips?

Hi Guys

I’m doing my trigger shots tonight and have been given 2 of the injection pens to administer, there’s no hiding this one in a injection pen and they look quite scary! I’ve got to shot it in the top of my leg. Has anyone done these before? Are they painful? Any tips? I’m so nervous of doing these ones 😭

One frostie in the freezer, my progesterone levels were to high to implant so got to wait!

It doesn’t hurt as much as you may think, I found that using the injection pen hurt more. Just take a deep breath and it’s over in a matter of seconds. Good luck x

My ovitrelle is a pen in the stomach - 2 of them! Why oh why isn’t it in one dose 😂 I’m triggering in a few minutes!xx
