Help please

I posted a few times on here on the run up to starting IVF and I have read a lot of your posts which are so helpful. However being new to this it is really hard deciphering all of the acramins, Iv worked a few out but I’m a little lost.

If someone could give me an idiots guide to it so I can join in and read all of the post properly with out making bits up that would be really helpful 😂
