Hi Jasmine1991. If that’s normal for you, I wouldn’t worry too much. Maybe try some paracetamol. If just happening, maybe you have a virus?? You could try drinking extra water, but if you’re worried, pop and see your GP. Diane
I’ve never had it before only noticed it this month, my left arm is killing me, maybe I’ve just slept on funny! Thank you for your reply
Maybe. Keep an eye on it and exercise it regularly. Hope it soon settles back to normal. Diane
