Beetroot juice in 2ww

Hello everyone I m on 2ww and have conflicting information about beetjuice in 2ww...Can some pls enlighten me about this as I m so confused..also food tips during 2ww ...thank you.xx

I swear by beetroot juice.. had half a glass of organic juice everyday during the 2ww and now having it after a BFP too.. it keeps constipation at bay and makes me feel much lighter and less bloated..

I followed this tip from a vlog on YouTube.

So definitely worth it.it worked for me.

I’m in 2WW and having beetroot juice every day! Zita West recommends it to help with implantation. Good luck! Xx
