First round of IVF! Awaiting embryo transfer

Hi everyone. I had egg collection yesterday and managed to produce 16 eggs and husbands sample was very good ( must have been all them pumpkin seeds I was force feeding him lol ) so feeling hopeful 🙏🏻

In need of advice on two matters

So I’ve been told to start me pessaries today but unsure as how to insert them as I’ve never used s tampon. What’s the best position to lie in when inserting ?

Secondly what foods should I eat/avoid during this stage?

Any advice appreciated xx

I stand up when inserting pessaries (mine are vaginal), try bent knees and aim up and back, or even one foot up on edge of bath or toilet seat.

A quick update.

Just received a call from the embryologist,Of the 16eggs collected, 15 fertilised 😳😳🤗🤗sooo excited and surprised! So aiming for either a 3 or 5day transfer. Will be receiving a call on Thursday for an update xx 🙏🏻
