Where do we go from here?

So my period has started after our last round of Clomid and I'm feeling like it's all over.

What options are left to us? I'm 41 and can't get IVF on the NHS in my local area and we really don't have anywhere near enough spare cash to pay for it. So is this the end of the road?

If lack of ovulation is causing the issue, it might be worth asking about letrozole? Clomid doesn't work for everyone (I'm currently in the tww of my 5th clomid cycle, and I am sure it hasn't worked, again...), so sometimes they try that one...

I had 4 rounds of clomid and I had to stop due to chronic pain. Initially my fertility doctor thought my infertility was pco but he discovered I have endometriosis. This was found during a laparoscopy and treated - for the first time in six years I fell pregnant! But miscarried. Have you had a laparoscopy to rule endometriosis out? We also couldn’t access nhs finding for ivf xoxo
