Hi everyone..

I am booked for ET on Sunday 9am.. This is my first and hopefully all will work.. Any suggestions what to do and what not to do after the transfer.. I thought of lying in bed the whole day but the Dr says I can resume normal activities.. Need some advice from your own experiences please..

Bed rest isn’t recommended. Gentle excercise, nothing too strenuous, to keep your blood flowing. No sex or baths due to infection risk. Try eating a slice of pineapple a day on days one to five but it MUST contain the core. Good luck xx

Eat a healthy diet, keep busy and gentle excercise. As tugsgirl said no baths, swimming etc. Warm showers but not hot. To be honest I’ve carried on as normal really with more gentle yoga not pushing myself as much and my 5 + fruit and veg. Also no caffeine. Best of luck xx

Never really thought of having no caffeine.. I love my coffee and tea.. But you are right, it will be good to cut back in that..

Hope you are doing fine too..

Apparently drinking pomegranate juice and eating Brazil nuts can help with implantation as well as pineapple core. Go for walks, watch films, stay happy xxx

Bed rest is not necessary. My doctor stressed this for me. Just take it easy and listen to your body. Keep your feet as warm as you can. No hot water bottles. Avocado is good too. The rest I agree with all what the ladies have advised. All the best for your transfer xx
