Hello Everyone,

I hope you all doing well.

I have some concerns about precautions need to take after ET. My clinic told me I can go back to work next day. Still I'm off work, just relaxing and doing small activities. My ET transfer done on day 3 (3 june). So today is 4th day. No symptoms so far.

I just want to know if you are in same stage what you doing. Any suggestions?

Please share experience as well.

Regards

Sara xx

Hi Sara, jury's still out on my cycle as I am 9dp5dt, but the day of transfer I rested. The two days after that were a combination of rest and light activity...I then went back to work on the 4th day, but I have a desk job, so I haven't pushed myself too hard.

Have done some very light housework (sweeping and ironing) and have been for two long walks. That is it really. Have been careful not to exercise or overheat and also not picked up anything too heavy. Most doctors these days advise against days and days of bed rest unless there is a pre-existing condition. Light activity gets the blood circulating and that is positive.

Wishing you all the best - good luck xxx

Hi Sara_123. I agree with the others, plus no hot baths. Have a rest when you can, but try and keep busy and be a normal as you can. Thinking of you. Diane
