I’m trying to find out if there are any tests/investigations that I could have after 2 failed implants. I’m with and NHS service and while they have been great to us when I’ve asked about why it may be happening the answers are in the region of- it just does. Tests prior to ivf didn’t show anything and we have ‘unexplained infertility’ which is very frustrating.
Any thoughts, suggestions would be most welcome! 🌻

hi rona, both my fresh & fet failed - i can only assume due to implantation, as everything else was on our side. there doesn’t seem to be a lot of information available about failed implantation - sadly it seems down to luck.
this time i’m going privately and have paid for a endometrial scratch which can improve chances of implantation.
we were also given the option of PGS testing on our frosties. this involves thawing & screening embryos for abnormalities & might explain why previous rounds had been unsuccessful. we opted not to do this, so i don’t know much more than that, but maybe some of the other ladies can assist.
Through our private clinic we had loads of tests, they called them “level one and level two tests”: they were £3000 in total. Maybe ask some private clinics if you can afford to pay for testing.
