Scan update

Hi, after a not very positive scan last week, today there are 3 follicles above 15mm and 2 borderline. One is at 26mm so worried I might lose it if it’s gets much bigger. Not a large number but enough to move on to egg collection on Thursday. Thankfully. This a my first cycle so it’s been a learning game. All the advice on here has been a huge help 😘 I take my trigger injection tonight. Is there any thing to expect from it? Any new side effects? Thanks x

That’s great Gemmy 👍😊 I took my trigger on Saturday night. No problem with the actual injection but was just extremely tired all of Sunday, so called and had lots of rest. Sending wishes your way xx

I had mine yesterday, still feeling s little tender but ok. Yes I’m like that too with tieredness. Xx

Hi Gemmy. I experienced no side effects to the trigger so please don't worry about this stage. I'm very tired and bit emotional after the sedation and collection yesterday, although I was completely knocked out by the sedation which was great .

Hi Violet, thank you for your reply. I’ve just had my trigger shot. Been feeling rubbish today, nauseous and a lot of pain. So I hope I’m the same and don’t get any side effects. Thanks Xx

For me, sore breasts is a side effect of trigger injections, it’s also a side effect of progesterone and mimics early pregnancy symptoms so just be aware. X
