Feeling deflated- any advise welcome

I’ve done 7 cycles of Clomid, I’m currently 2 days late and just had a BFN. Clinic have said to try for another month but considering I’m late I’m not even sure if I’m ovulating anymore.

I don’t know what to do- how can I help myself? I’ve tried low GI diet but found it really confusing. I’ve considered acupuncture but don’t know how effective it is.

Right now I just feel flat, and yet another friend has just had a perfect little baby and I can’t even bring myself to look at the pictures, never mind visit ( I have sent a card, I know it’s not her problem but mine)
