Does a hot water bottle help follies grow???

As the title says... my follies are a bit slow and have another scan tomorrow, will be my 4th progress scan. I don't feel bloated so scared they wouldn't have grown much. Does anyone have experience in a hot water bottle helping to grow the follies? Really worried even though I'm trying to be positive xx

Definitely try the heat, during stim phase acupuncturist put heat lamp thing over my tummy during the appointment. It’s worth a try. Best of luck for your scan and hoping things will have improved for you xx

Hiya

I used a hot water bottle with my 2nd go and got 17 follies with 16 mature eggs 12 fertilised. On my 1st round i didnt use one and only got 9 with 7 being mature and 6 fertilised.

Maybe it was this that helped but i know for sure that if i have to grow my follies again i will be using the hot water bottle.

Hello, I hope it helps for tomorrow! Seems it makes a change for a lot of people. I have about 12 follies atm but just not big enough so hopefully it can make a difference xx
