Hi it’s me again🙈 just wondering can I wear little bit of make up tomorrow on my egg collection? They told me not to wear any perfume deodorant and any thing that has smell also no fals nails or nail varnish. I won’t wear foundation, can I just wear mascara? Or it’s not safe? Also can I have my facial moisturiser? Just wan feel better and more human. Thanks xx

As scary as I might have looked, I went completely make up free and fragrance free for egg collection. To be on the safe side. I think I used my regular face moisturiser. When you’ve your gown and hair net on you’re going to look a million dollars 😋 xx

I wore a little facial moisturiser. Couldn’t do without it! It wasn’t heavily fragrances so thought I’d get away with it x

I wouldnt risk putting anything on. You will only doubt yourself later and make yourself worry. It's not worth it xx

Hi Anna00. You will be just fine “au natural”. If you look at the staff looking after you, most won’t have make up on, so you will blend in well! Good luck and I will be thinking of you. Diane

My clinic give you a plug in heat pad to help with the pain straight after EC so i figure it must be ok !

I haven't had IVF but I've been through surgery twice under general anaesthetic. And it was very strict no make up, no nail varnish. I even asked whether I could have my eyelashes tinted ,( I do this every month) but was declined. xoxo
