Silly question but you think is it safe if I get my Botox done after my egg collection? X

Anna, your post made me smile, it’s refreshing to ask such an honest question! - thanks for posting. I wouldn’t, during this time (during the whole IVF cycle) I usually don’t have caffeine, don’t dye my hair, only have organic food and use non- chemical natural beauty products... BUT I’ve never been successful so who knows! Good luck x

I know it was a silly question🙈don’t know why I asked haha! I don’t drink coffee and black tea because of caffeine and eat very healthy. It’s my first cycle so I still don’t know lots of thing. Thanks for your comment and good luck xx

There’s no silly questions, we are all in the same boat, trying to adjust our lives and not knowing what’s best to do. Other women will have continued to have Botox and be on their third child... but we learn more from this journey, sometimes more than we want to learn. This is the place to ask! X

My clinic wouldn't do the Botox when I explained because they said it's toxic and needs to be completely out the body xxx

I wouldn’t have it done during your IVF, just to be on the safe side 😊

Hi Anna00. Only just read your post. Sorry, but I would definitely say “no” to Botox as it is a poison and could very well interact with any medication you are having. I’m sure you will still look beautiful while you are waiting. Good luck with this cycle. Diane

Hi Anna00. No question is silly, if it bothers you then ask. Hope all goes well on Friday. Make sure you have a rest afterwards and drink plenty of water. Thinking of you. Diane
