Symptoms have gone

I'm 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant and had really sore boobs/nipples since finding out last Tuesday, but since yesterday they haven't been sore at all. Absolutely terrified as my miscarriage over a year ago started with me loosing my symptoms and then a week later started spotting. Has any experienced a loss of symptoms and then everything be ok? I had some spotting late last week but doctor said was implantation as was only a tiny bit and was light brown. Xx

Hi MichelleOlivia. Too late for implantation bleed. Maybe visit an early miscarriage unit and see if they will scan you to reassure you in view of your past history. Good luck. Diane

I had a scan at 6 weeks 3 days as had a second episode of brown bleeding at 5 weeks and saw baby with a strong heartbeat. My boobs still aren't hugely sore and come and go a fair bit. The nausea really kicked in at about 5 weeks and then at about 6 1/2 weeks disappeared for about 3 days so panic set in again, but then it came back and has been more constant. I'm trying really hard not to panic on good days and just enjoy the respite, but it's hard not to worry when last time the loss of symptoms lead to miscarriage. I'm 8 weeks tomorrow and have a private scan booked for Tuesday. Last time baby had stopped growing at 7 weeks 4 days so I feel like seeing baby at 8 weeks 2 days will hopefully allow me to relax and start to enjoy my pregnancy.

Baby had a strong heartbeat and is now measuring a week ahead of what we thought based on lmp 😍 Still incredibly anxious and finding it hard to believe but exciting at the same time. Xx
