Hi Mariew19. All I know about this is that several needle aspirations are performed in the testicles to hopefully locate any "puddles" of sperm that can then be removed, probably by biopsy for use in an ICSI procedure. I remember many years ago, we fertilised an egg using a spermatid (immature) sperm and it was successful. It was experimental at the time, and has not been passed for use. No more information I'm afraid, but I do wish you and your partner well with it all. Diane
I just hope it's a success for us ,it would be nice for once to go in and hear good news ,we will no after Christmas ,for any one that's been told there's no hope please don't give up we have been trying the last 6 year and told so many times it's end of road for us.i never believed it was so did my own research and found out about dr Ramsey in London.
Dr Ramsey not like any other doctor that deals with male factors he uses medication that some times work without operations in our case we had to have mapping.
