All hopes for my 1 egg

Well my 2nd cycle has not gone as well as the first. Only got 2 eggs instead of 5 this time and of that only 1 fertilised. I’m booked in for transfer on Sunday so lots of praying that my little egg makes it xxx

Hi there. Don't despair yet. It only needs one. My friend in early 40s in same position as you, just one put back (on her first cycle) and is now pregnant! Hard for me as I did 'better' number wise over 3 cycles but all BFN. I hope you are as lucky as she was, hang on in there. x

I'll definitely pray that you get a BFP this time! Moreover, with 1 embie you have as much as the chance to get pregnant as with 5 embies. Sometimes all the FETs fails and sometimes just the only one you have stick until the end. Just stay optimistic and hope for the best. Sending all my baby dust for you ! XOXO

Hello. Thinking of you as was in your situation 2 weeks ago. Only one of my 6 embryos survived to day 4 so we transferred it back to where it belongs and got the BFP last Friday so Yes, it only takes one. Good luck and sending baby dust.
