Hiya.
I bought ‘mind body baby’ which is very much about mindfulness during the ivf process and how to prepare your head space as well as your body ready for ivf.
I found it quite good to just keep myself calmer along with having my acupuncture sessions

Hi
I would recommend 'Get A Life His and Hers Survival Guide to IVF'. Bought it for £9.99 from Amazon. It's written by a couple who had IVF, it's funny but very informative.
Hope that helps

I got most of my IVF books from the library. I work in another county to where I live so had access to two different ones. In both the ones I use if they don't have the particular title you want they often order it in all a small fee (much cheaper than buying) good luck! x
Hi MrsA29. The library as already suggested. Also have a look at our recommendations on the website, so you can look through before deciding. Good luck! Diane
I have read ‘is your body baby friendly’ by Dr Alan Beer which I found very interesting. It’s about miscarriage and immune issues which can affect implantation. May not be applicable to you depending on your background but worth a look xxx
I’ve read “starts with the egg”. Quite heavy going in a way, lots of studies but I’m not sure how widely accepted they are. Lots about plastic and toxins. Using natural products, like Dr Organic from H&B ✅ But the book also talks a lot about clearing your life / home of plastic which is harder to do! Co enzyme Q 10 is recommended (trying it now!) and the med diet ... which is nice 😊 Worth a read I guess - hope you find it at the library! Xx
