20 follies and EC on Wednesday

...Had my last stimming scan today, I have shocked the Dr and have 20 follies in total. Trigger shots tonight and EC is on Wednesday. From being told I was a hopeless case by one clinic and to now having 20 follies has been the best news. One step overcome but still a long way to go. Really hope I get some eggs from that. Please keep on believing and never give up whatever part of the journey you are on x

They got 24 out, then straight to freezing on Saturday when we have the magic number (🤞🙏) because I’ve got hyper stimulation due to PCOS. I’m so relieved to be at this point - I had a disaster with the trigger on Saturday and accidentally took it 30mins early - but so far so good! 🍀😬

Good luck ladies with your journey. I had my egg collection on Thursday last week and they collected 2 eggs. They called me on Friday to say both of my eggs had fertilised, which was amazing news.

Im getting ready this morning to go in for my egg transfer. Feeling really excited and nervous that im at this stage

Best of luck! Ive just had my transfer yesterday. I had 33 follicles when I went for my last scan, 17 were mature on EC day with 17 embryos. Got 1 blastocyst transferred and 1 frozen (2nd cycle) 🤞🤞 xx

No only 2 made it to blastocyst, 1 was transferred and they agreed to freeze 1. Last cycle I had the exact same thing; 19 embryos but only 2 were of high quality but they wouldnt freeze just one embryo. Ive had 2 bad ECs so they agreed to freeze whatever they could so I don't have to do it again x

Thank you. Its my first ever cycle, I have severe endo and adnomyosis so have been through a lot. IVF Was the better option due to my condition. Xx

totally agree, you learn so mych too, I dont think a lot of us expectedto be on this journey and the subject can still be taboo. with families and friends. At least this way noone judges you xx

Hi I have adenomyosis n 5cm ovarian cyst. I had decapeptyl injection to reduce the size of the cyst n the uterus. But I still got my menses despite having the injection. Did u do any treatment for the adenomyosis before the IVF or ur doctor told u u could still carry a foetus for the whole 9 months. Plus did u try conceiving naturally? Please help me out
