Awful pain whilst stimming

Hello, I am experiencing horrific pains the last few days of my stims, has anybody had this and any tips on what I can do to help this please? I know I can't take ibuprofen but I am in agony and really struggling to get through the day. Thanks Crystal x

Hi Crystal it’ll be your ovaries causing the pain they’ll be swollen due to the stimming I had exactly the same. Take some paracetamol and drink plenty of fluids. Try placing a hot waster bottle on your belly I found that helped eased the pain - wishing you lots of luck xxxx

hi shanks, thanks so much. The ovaries are pushing against everything and on the bladder too - I am going to the loo frequently. Hope your journey is going well xxx
