Can't relax!

So after getting my BFP my first scan is booked on 24 November. I can't help but feel stressed out or restless... I'm trying to be positive but finding it hard 😭 It's like the 2ww again I'm so scared 😳

I know how you feel hun. It's difficult isn't it you just want to know everything's ok and every pain symptom or lack of. It's just messing with your brain. Try keep your mind occupied hun easier said than done I can't even sleep these days. Here if you need to chat xx

Hi thanks for your reply I'm going to work tomorrow so I hope it takes my mind off stuff... do you think I should test again? I've only tested twice on my OTD when I got my BFP... I just want the scan to be five and told everything is ok xxx

That's good you've got work hun best place to keep occupied.

I wouldn't advice you to test again then it can become a bit of an addiction I speak from experience hun. Iv tested about nearly 20 times since iv got my bfp it's a waste of money won't change the outcome and causes more stress. Just try keep positive and let your body know your happy xx

Ok il try my best it's so hard though I'm struggling to sleep I just feel moody all the time I just want to hear it is ok xxx

If you think it will make you feel better hun. Then test, I'm just saying from my experience I turned into a crazy woman. My second scan is tomorrow to see if there's a heart beat and I can say iv been an absolute stress head since my last one 10 days ago 💗🤗😘

I know exactly how you feel sweet I’m just over 9 weeks now had our 7 week Scan and all was good we saw the heartbeat which was amazing just want to get to the 12 week mark now and then I know I can totally relax. We go on holiday on Sunday and I know the break will do me good.. I’ve become a bit of a serial tester and as previously mentioned it just causes unnecessary stress luckily I haven’t got any tests left now and was out shopping with my hubby on Saturday and I tried to buy some but he wouldn’t let me. We have decided to book a private scan hopefully for the end of the week so my mind will be at ease whilst we’re on holiday and by the time we come back we’ll be due our 12 week Scan xxxx
